Anne Burrell

Anne W. Burrell was TV personality and former chef at the Institute of Culinary Education and she was formerly an instructor of cooking. Burrell hosts her own Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant Chef as well as co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Anne Burrell, a Food Network host with spiky blond wigs and a pumped-up personality, explains how to cook restaurant-style dishes in your home with simple techniques. Chef Burrell was a student and worked in some of the most prestigious New York restaurants. He was also a part of Iron Chef America and the culinary landscape of Italy. Burrell was born in New York State's Upstate, discovered a love of cooking. After earning an English and Communications degree in Canisius College in Buffalo NY she was able to pursue her love of the restaurant business by enrolling in The Culinary Institute of America. I loved every minute during my time of The Culinary Institute of America she states. Culinary Institute of America was an excellent opportunity to pursue a degree. When I graduated from the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners chef Burrell was able to spend a whole year in Italy studying and working at La Taverna del Lupo restaurant located in Umbria and La Bottega del 30 one Michelin star in Tuscany. It was during this time that her experience in Italy allowed her to comprehend and appreciate the Italian philosophy and culture, which has had an impact on her own culinary perspective. Burrell was the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board member, which aims to enhance the lives of kids who are facing difficulties. Burrell also serves as an Juvenile Disease Research Foundation (JDRF) celebrity spokesperson and promotes awareness about the dangers of childhood diabetes. She has been a frequent speaker at conferences and travels the country to mentor others in her role. Anne in all her culinary journey has stated that it is a privilege to be in a position to share this passion for food with other people.

Pollyanna McIntosh grew up in Portugal and Colombia before returning to her native Scotland which is where she first started performing on stage in The Edinburgh Festival. She relocated to London at the age of 16 and soon started to become involved in indie filmmaking. Her first job that was paid was working as a stoner in Irvine Welsh's The Acid House (1998). Milena Govich, director, actor and musician, has directed numerous episodes of TV such as Chicago Med (2015), The Equalizer (2021), FBI: Most Wanted(2020), Chicago Fire (2012) among others. Additionally, she was the Co-EP/Producing Director on Dick Wolf's CBS series FBI (2018). She is currently a part of two pilots that are in development.
